Beginning Today, Lobbies Close and Full Service Available at the Drive Up

We Care about You and Your Family

Since our founding 75 years ago, Natco Credit Union has been about doing the right thing for our members. After a great deal of careful considerations and concerns for your safety, we are adjusting our services to align with CDC federal and state health guidelines. Please read about these important changes outlined below as we help you conduct your banking in a safe manner, so together we can best navigate through the current health crisis.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18 through March 31st, our branch lobbies will be closed. We are keeping our drive-up windows open to take care of your banking needs.

We are making exceptions to our normal policies regarding the transactions we do through our drive-up. During the time that our lobbies are closed, we plan to offer full service through the drive-up. If there is something that we deem necessary for you to come in, we will ask you to come inside.

If you need to come into a branch for a loan closing, to open an account or for anything else you can’t do through a drive up or online, please complete the form on this page or call 765.962.2561. We’ll set up an appointment at the branch of your choice.

Find comfort in knowing your money is safe
