Heather has been employed by Natco since 2022. She works as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Natco Community Empowerment Center (NCEC).

Heather joined Natco Community Empowerment Center (NCEC) where she knew she can make a true difference in the lives of those who need assistance. Heather has an extensive history of serving the local community with resources and one-on-one assistance to the most vulnerable populations through her work with the government.
