Lauren has been employed by Natco since 2022. She started as a member service representative and has advanced to his current position as a Loan Relationship Expert. In this role, Lauren serves as the first lending contact for members who come into the branch. She meets with them to complete the application, evaluates their needs and makes recommendations of loan products that may satisfy their need, and assists members with their loan closing.
