Hailey has been employed by Natco since 2019. She has started as a member service representative and has advanced to her current position as a Member Relationship Expert. In this role, Hailey works with new members. She discusses their needs and matches them to the Natco products that offer the best financial solution.

Hailey also meets with members to review their credit report and suggests ways to save them money and create plans that will help them realize their financial goals.
