Extended Hours Thursday and Friday (by phone and text) and Special Saturday Hours
To better assist our members during the ongoing disruption to online and mobile banking, our leadership team has decided to extend our hours of operation. During these extended hours, you may call or text us at 765-962-2561 for assistance. We recognize the difficulty many members have to contact us Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Therefore, all our branches will also be open special hours this Saturday to serve you.

Call, text, or visit a branch during special these special business hours
Saturday, September 19: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
During these extended hours, our team will be available to help members with some of their most important account needs, including:
- Deposits and withdrawals (in branch)
- Account balances
- Account transfers
- Account history details and research
- Bill pay
- Other account assistance as needed
For your security, we are unable to provide account information or complete account transactions through Facebook Messenger.
As a reminder, debit and credit card usage has not been affected by this disruption. You can continue using your cards as normal.
