FREEDOM First Teen Checking

Helping teens build smart money habits starts with real-life experience, and our Freedom First Teen Checking account is designed to do just that. Available for members ages 12 through 17, this account gives teens a safe, supportive way to learn everyday banking, with a parent or guardian joint on the account to guide the journey.

Each account includes a debit card with built-in limits—up to $500 in purchases and $100 in ATM withdrawals—so teens can practice managing money while keeping spending in check.

From tracking purchases to making thoughtful financial decisions, teens gain valuable skills that set the foundation for long-term success. And with the Natco Card Manager app, both teens and parents can monitor transactions, set alerts, and even lock or unlock the card instantly—turning everyday moments into opportunities to learn.
