Online Balance Transfers

We make it easy to transfer balances from high-rate credit card accounts to your REAL FREEDOM card with no balance transfer fee.

Simply log in to home banking and select Manage My Visa. Select Balance Consolidation from the Quick Links option on the right.

We recommend having the statement handy from the card you are paying off. You will need to enter information specific to that card to ensure your transfer can be processed appropriately.

Allow 7-10 days for the payoff check to be received.

International Transactions

Your REAL FREEDOM card can be used anywhere, anytime, even international purchases. Alert the credit union prior to traveling, to help protect you from fraud.

International transactions incur a 1% foreign transaction fee.

What Are Installment Payments?

Installment Payments allow you to spread the cost of your qualifying purchases over time, making it simpler to budget and manage your finances. Whether it’s a new appliance, a special gift, or an unexpected expense, you can choose to pay in fixed monthly installments.

How It Works

Eligibility: To qualify, your purchase must be over $100 and made at participating merchants.
Flexible Terms: Choose from various repayment options: 3, 6, 9, 12, or 18 months.
Fixed Monthly Payments: Your total purchase amount will be divided evenly over your selected term, allowing you to know exactly how much you’ll pay each month.
Transparent Rates: The interest rate for your installment plan will be provided through the Natco Credit Union Mobile App and is based on your qualifying purchase.

To qualify for Installment Payments, the account must be in good standing. Limited to 10 active installment plans at a time. Secured cards are excluded from the Installment Payment offer. The transaction must show as ‘posted’ before the option to set it up for installment payments becomes available. Installment payments must be accepted in the same cycle as the transaction posted.

1 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The APR is based on creditworthiness.

2 The introductory APR for purchases will apply to transactions posted to your account during the first six months following the opening of your account. After the introductory APR expires, the APR for any remaining promotional balances will increase to the standard APR for purchases and cash advances, and all subsequent purchases and cash advances will receive the standard APR for purchases and cash advances. The REAL FREEDOM Secured Visa is not eligible to receive this offer.

3 The introductory APR for balance transfers will apply to transactions posted to your account during the first twelve months following the opening of your account. After the introductory APR expires, the APR for any remaining cash advance balance will increase to the standard APR and all subsequent cash advances will receive the standard APR. The REAL FREEDOM Secured Visa is not eligible to receive this offer.

4 Rewards points are automatically earned by making eligible purchases with your REAL FREEDOM Rewards Visa. Each eligible purchase made by you, or someone you authorize, will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. To earn the bonus points, a minimum of $1,000 must be spent in the first 3 billing cycles (exclusive of credits, returns and adjustments). Your account must be in good standing to receive the bonus points. Rewards points calculate and are made available for redemption with each qualifying cycle.
