Natco Cares about our members
We’re committed to supporting our members and our community as we recover together from the recent flooding.
We are excited to announce a Disaster Relief Program to help members affected by the recent floods. Natco will be awarding grants up to $500 per household to eligible members! These grant funds are available through Friday, September 25, 2026.
BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Residence
- (all of the following must be met)
- single-family home
- owner-occupied
- primary residence
- located in a federally or state declared disaster area
Income
The household income must be less than or equal to the amounts stated below for the following Indiana counties
- Wayne – $70,300
- Fayette – $74,100
- Franklin – $97,400
- Henry – $81,300
- Randolph – $78,100
- Rush – $88,200
- Union – $98,000
Membership
Applicant must have been a Natco member on August 12, 2026
Eligible Expenses
The following expenses are eligible for disaster relief funds. Qualified members will need to provide receipts for the expense.
- temporary housing or lodging expenses
- emergency home repairs (e.g., roofing, windows, structural safety)
- emergency power supply
- replacement of certain essential household systems (e.g., heating/cooling systems, sump pump, water heater)
- utility reconnection fees

This program is being funded in coordination with the FHLBank Indianapolis. Funds will be awarded on a first come/first serve basis to eligible members.
