A Letter to Our Members
We understand that the past week has been especially frustrating for our members. The online and mobile banking service disruption did not meet the level of reliability you expect from Natco Credit Union. We are truly sorry for the disruption and frustration this caused.
We also recognize that the power outage Monday morning was especially inconvenient, coming so soon after last week’s disruption. While the power outage was unrelated to last week’s online and mobile banking issue, we understand that experiencing another interruption so soon afterward was challenging.
Throughout both situations, our offices have remained open, and our staff have continued to work diligently to serve you. Our team has been here to assist with your banking needs, answer questions, provide account information through secure channels, and help in any way we can.
We also want you to know that every call, email, and social media comment is read and taken seriously. We will continue to review and evaluate our vendor and service provider relationships, and the systems that support our members. Any decisions we make will be made with the long-term interests of our members and Natco in mind.
While we cannot control every circumstance, we remain committed to our mission: Helping People Live Better Lives. That means being here for our members when things are working well—and especially when they aren’t.
Sincerely,
Tim Frame President & CEO
