If you've misplaced your Natco debit or credit card or you suspect fraud, here are some helpful tips to protect your account.

Manage access to your cards

  • Log into the Natco Card Manager app to lock your debit or credit card. Once locked, transactions will be declined.
  • Call us at (765) 962-2561 so we can research the transaction(s) to help determine the next steps.
  • If you need assistance after hours, please use the following numbers.
