The Credit Union Difference

When you choose Natco Credit Union, you're doing more than opening an account—you're investing in your community. As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, we focus on serving our members, not generating profits for outside shareholders. That means competitive rates, lower fees, personalized service, and a commitment to helping people live better lives.

Unlike large national banks, Natco's decisions are made locally by people who understand our communities and the unique needs of the individuals and families who call them home. Whether we're helping a member finance a vehicle, utilize the equity they have in their home, purchase a home, build savings, or navigate a financial challenge, our focus remains on people—not profits.

Your membership also helps strengthen the communities we serve. From Natco Community Empowerment Center's financial education programs and community partnerships to our volunteer efforts and local sponsorships, we're committed to making a positive impact throughout the seven counties we serve.

If you've enjoyed the benefits of being a Natco member, consider sharing your experience with family, friends, and coworkers. Membership is available to individuals who live or work in Wayne, Fayette, Randolph, Henry, Rush, Union, or Franklin County, industrial workers within a 25-mile radius of Richmond, and immediate family members of current Natco members. Together, we can continue growing a stronger credit union and stronger communities. Thank you for being a part of the Natco family!
