Dawn has been employed by Natco since 2008. Dawn held many positions with Natco Credit Union over the years including Member Service Representative, Sr. Member Service Representative, and Call Center Representative. In 2025, Dawn began working a dual role with the majority of her week as the Community Outreach Coordinator at Natco Community Empowerment Center (NCEC) in Connersville and the remaining time as a Member Service Representative in our Contact Center.

Dawn has always been passionate about helping Natco members by understanding their situations, making recommendations, and working with them through the entire process. In as a Community Outreach Coordinator, she will work with the individuals and families in Fayette and surrounding counties to connect them to local resources.
